EcoMobility Alliance city, Almada (Portugal), hosts the Global EcoMobility Forum on the 16th September to kick start the 2016 European Mobility Week in the city. Gil Peñalosa (8-80 Cities, and Alliance partner) will speak at this event together with Konrad Otto-Zimmermann (The Urban Idea).
